We would like to introduce ourselves as one of the Quality Manufacturers, specializing in manufacturing of automotive components & entire range of HID lighting luminaries.

We are engaged in the manufacture and supply of Gravity Die Cast / Pressure Die Cast, fully machined components in aluminum alloys.

Our core competency is in the field of producing intricate castings to the exacting standards of discerning clients and supplying the same in fully machined, sub-assembled, assembled conditions to meet the customer’s specific needs.

We are in the engineering field for more than 30 years and have gained considerable expertise in this specific area of operation to create our own identity. Catering mainly to Automobile, Power, Lighting and Pneumatic / Hydraulic industries.

We have a well equipped unit, located at the outskirts of Mumbai (Palghar), with ample space to carry out all manufacturing activities in house.

Quality Assurance

Prestige’ s advanced product quality planning (APQP) incorporating Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA) , Control Plans, Standard Operating Procedures and Inspection Instructions are used to work towards our goal of process capability and Zero defect.

Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) is carried out for each & every product manufactured at Prestige. Constant monitoring of processes, using Statistical Process Control (SPC), Regular Process & Product Audits & spectro analysis of Aluminium alloy with in-house calibration facilities are all employed to ensure we get the product First Time Right.
